Peach Tart(Deliciously Different) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold butter
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 c. sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cake flour, whole-wheat flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Add oil and toss with a fork. Gradually add water and buttermilk. Toss until mixture sticks together; shape into a ball, cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour to chill. Then roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 14-inch circle. Place on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. (I use pizza pan.)
