'Simmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. persimmon pulp
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg slightly and melt butter.
Blend into the persimmon pulp and mix thoroughly.
Pour into well greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
