Baked Italian Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cut pasta, such as ziti or rigatoni
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of nutmeg
1 egg yolk
2 to 3 basil leaves, chopped
3 c. tomato meat sauce (more if needed)
Preparation

Place Ricotta in large bowl.
Add egg yolk; mix.
Add Mozzarella, Parmesan, nutmeg and basil; mix well.
Add 1 1/2 cups meat sauce; combine well.
