Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast (no fat or bone)
    1 envelope onion soup
    1 envelope Italian dressing
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast for 8 hours on high in crock-pot.
    Remove fat and bones, then shred.
    Add seasonings; cook 1 more hour.
    Serve on sub buns with cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions and green peppers.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
