Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Worthington prime steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. chile paste (optional)
3/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. whole anise (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. oil
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflowerets
3 carrots
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 c. cashews
8 oz. fresh pea pods
Preparation

Slice carrots diagonally.
Mix and marinate prime steak in its gravy with seasonings down to cornstarch.
Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Saute onions, then add all vegetables except pea pods.
Cook to al dente.
Remove and saute prime steak with a small amount of marinade.
Add more marinade then cornstarch that has been mixed with a little water.
Allow to thicken and coat prime steak.
Add vegetables and mix carefully.
Only heat, keeping vegetables al dente.
Toss in fresh pea pods and cashews.
Serve over rice or noodles.
