Carrot Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiled mashed carrots
    2 c. boiled rice
    1/4 c. minced raw onions
    1/2 c. white sauce
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs (maybe more)
    salt and butter to taste
Preparation
    Combine the carrots, onions, rice, one egg and white sauce. Season.
    Shape into cakes.
    Dip into crumbs, egg and crumbs again. Fry until delicately browned on both sides.
