Atlantic Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce with onion
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil at 375\u00b0.
    Remove chops; add celery and cook lightly.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; add chops.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
