Chicken Wingettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    garlic powder
    1/4 c. olive oil (about)
    basil
    parsley flakes
    1/2 c. water
    lemon
Preparation
    Lay wings in pan.
    Pour oil on top of wings.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and parsley evenly on both sides.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour, basting occasionally, then add water to bottom of pan and cover with foil for another 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Squeeze fresh lemon over top of wings. Let sit for 5 minutes.
