Beef Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
Preparation

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; add noodles.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the noodles are done.
Yields 6 to 8 servings. Makes 2 quarts.
