Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hard crabs, boiled
4 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
evaporated milk (to moisten)
Tabasco sauce
2 slices toasted and buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Remove crab meat from shells; wash shells carefully.
Combine crab meat, bread, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Moisten with milk, into which a dash of Tabasco sauce has been stirred; mixture should be rather soft.
Pack loosely into crab shells; top with buttered crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven until delicately browned.
Yield: 4 servings.
