Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, cut fine
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put chicken on flat pan; dab with butter.
    (I brush mine with oil.)
    Put in oven at 400\u00b0 until browned slightly.
    Then cover with sauce.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender and sauce thickens.
    Sauce is also good for ribs.
