Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and skin. Cut into bite-size pieces. Place in large casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Melt butter and crumble crackers. Mix and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poppy seed and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
