Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake according to box instructions. When cake is cool, tear apart and crumble into large bowl or container.
    Pour pineapple and juice over the cake.
    Prepare vanilla pudding according to box instructions and put this mix over the pineapple. Pour cherry pie filling over all this using a spoon.
    Make occasional holes so mixture can seep to the bottom of the bowl. Cover with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts, if desired. Refrigerate.
