Beet And Celery Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. beet juice
1 c. finely chopped beets
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 tsp. horseradish
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Mix water with jello.
After cooling add beet juice; set until it begins to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drain 3 teaspoons horseradish and stir into mayonnaise.
Add to mixture and pour into mold.
