Beef Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Add beef, onion and pepper; brown very slightly.
    Add salt to taste.
    Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes; stir in sour cream and pimento.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Top with biscuits.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
