Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes or 4 medium, cooked
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all and bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
