Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes yeast
3 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 c. flour
coarse salt
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Mix all ingredients into yeast. Knead.
Make a ball of dough to roll and twist into any shape. Lay on greased cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
