Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 frying chicken (about 2 1/2 lb.), cut into serving pieces
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg and milk.
    In a plastic bag, combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and sesame seed.
    Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then shake one piece at a time in plastic bag.
    Place skin side up in baking dish.
    Pour melted margarine over and bake about one hour or until done.
    Serves 5.
