Tea Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cake yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    When milk is lukewarm, add yeast, then add 2 cups flour.
    Beat well and let rise, then add the butter, sugar, salt and the 2 beaten eggs.
    To this, add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead well.
    Let rise in a warm place, then shape into small rolls. Let rise in buttered pans.
    Bake in a brisk oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or more.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
