Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium tomato, diced
    2 boiled eggs, diced
    1 c. dill or sweet pickle, diced
    1 small jar olives, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise (may add to taste)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. mustard
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until done, do not overcook.
    Place potatoes in large bowl.
    Add onion, tomato, eggs, pickles and olives to potatoes.
    Add celery seed, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Stir mixture only enough to mix well.
    Leave potatoes diced, if possible.
    Chill or serve warm.
