3 Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 can wax beans
    1/2 c. tarragon (red wine) vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Drain juice from beans and put in layers in crock or ceramic container.
    Add sauce and marinate overnight in refrigerator. When ready to serve, pour off sauce.
    Garnish with onion slices. Serve cold.
