Esther'S Satin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 Tbsp. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    Cool Whip (optional)
    1 pie crust, baked
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips.
    Beat/whip egg whites in separate bowl. To them, add vanilla.
    Add yolks to chocolate one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add milk and sugar.
    Then add egg whites and mix well.
    Pour into baked shell.
    Cool/chill for an hour before serving.
    Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
