Pommes De Terre En Salade(Hot Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, washed and scraped
    salt
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or pepper to taste
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and cut into halves or quarters.
    Heat oil and vinegar with salt and pepper to taste and when hot, add onion and parsley. Pour over hot potatoes and toss well.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 6 servings.
