Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. diced green onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Drain fat and set aside.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onion, green pepper and pepper.
    Turn into pastry shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 6 to 8.
