Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, cut on slaw cutter (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all in bowl and put in 2 greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Makes 3 loaves, 9 1/4 x 6-inch.
