Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole flounder (10 oz.)
1/2 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. baby shrimp
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. fish stock
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Make incision on dark side of flounder.
Remove backbone by carving from center to each side.
With 2 sides slightly separated, remove all remaining bones.
