Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round or chuck steak
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, in rings
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Pound into steak.
Brown meat and onion in hot fat.
Add tomatoes.
Cover and cook over low heat or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6.
