Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper
1 c. rice (long grain)
Preparation

Cook pork until brown; season with salt and pepper.
Add barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and cornstarch.
Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.
