Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. narrow noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can chopped green onions
    1 can grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package; drain.
    Saute beef in butter.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce to meat; simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles.
    Place a layer of noodle mixture in a shallow 2-quart casserole; top with meat mixture.
    Repeat procedure.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
