Brunch For A Bunch - Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread bread cubes in the bottom of the pan and top with sausage, then cheese. Beat or mix in a blender the eggs, milk, mustard, onion and green pepper. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
