Chocolate Mint Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crust
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 container whipping cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Prepare chocolate pudding as package mix directs. Cool 5 minutes. Add the peppermint extract to the pudding.
    Pour into the baked, cooled graham cracker crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Whip the cream that has been sweetened with the sugar.
