Baked New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    1/4 c. magarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine margarine, vegetable oil and salt.
    Pour over potatoes and turn to coat.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 360\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until tender.
