Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    1 1/2 c. fresh vegetables, onions, celery, red peppers, green pepper strips, bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's instant rice
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter in medium saucepan.
    Add water and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add vegetables and soy sauce.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes, or until all water is absorbed.
    Makes 4 servings.
