Chicken Almond Tarragon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small roasting chicken
1 can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
Cool. Tear into bite size pieces.
Add celery, water chestnuts, scallions and tarragon to chicken and combine.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Add sliced almonds just before serving.
