Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box flake mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 can whole grain corn
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 hot red pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 onions
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Chop onions and peppers.
    Grate the cheese.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
