Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) pie
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. light cream, heated
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of nutmeg
    6 thin slices onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. fresh chopped spinach
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cream, salt, mustard and nutmeg.
    Saute onions.
    Add onions and cheese.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
