Sharon'S Mexican Waste Basket Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    1 cup diced celery
    2 envelopes Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
    4 cups water
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can Snappy Tom tomato juice
    2 cans pinto beans, undrained
    1 can whole corn, undrained
    1 can small lima beans, undrained
    1 can black olives, drained and chopped
    2 lb. Oscar Mayer Little Smokies
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in small amount of oleo. Add soup mix and 4 cups of water.
    Cut little smokies in half.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour in large pot. Serve with favorite cheese or or cornbread.
