Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. uncooked oats
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand at least 5 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 8 servings.
