Corn Meal Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups corn meal
    2 eggs
    2 cups buttermilk
    3 tsp shortening
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add milk, shortening, salt, meal, soda and baking powder and mix well.
    Pour into hot greased pan, put in hot oven (450 degrees) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
