Scallops Scampi Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
    3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large baking pan to hold single layer of scallops.
    Stir in oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add scallops and toss gently. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
