Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    garlic salt
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. sour cream (or more as desired)
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain. Add flour and butter. Lower heat.
    Add soups and simmer over low heat about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with sherry.
    Stir in.
    Add garlic salt and mushrooms.
    Add sour cream and stir in until heated (do not boil).
    Serve immediately over parslied, buttered noodles.
