Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. black walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix together in bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In separate bowl, combine carrots, pineapple and black walnuts.
    Add to flour mixture sugar, cooking oil and eggs. Fold in carrot mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes in tube pan.
