Easy Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium sliced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 can nacho or Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. liquid (water or milk)
1/2 lb. hamburg
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
Fill half full of sliced raw potatoes and onion.
Add 1/2 pound raw hamburg meat, broken into pieces.
Salt and pepper.
Mix 2 soups and liquid and pour over. Cover and bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
