Homemade Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) hen
    3 lb. boneless stew beef
    2 Tbsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 large onions
    3 lb. pork
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook all meats until tender and then grind meats, tomatoes and onions.
    Mix all this until onions are tender.
    Can add more salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 gallons.
