Batter For Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in water and egg, slightly beaten.
    As you dip the vegetables, stir batter occasionally.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
