Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. flour
    2 lb. veal steak, cut thin
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in hot oil.
    Remove and set aside.
    Flour meat lightly; brown in hot oil.
    Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and wine. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serves six.
