Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium cucumbers
    4 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. bottled Zesty Italian salad dressing
    2 medium onions, sliced thinly
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
