Homemade Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. walnuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, can milk, margarine and salt. Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat. Stir constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add milk chocolate and semi-sweet morsels. Stir fast until all is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch pan. Let cool and slice up into squares.
