Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Toss first 7 ingredients together and put in greased casserole.
    Mix eggs and oil.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
