Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 stick margarine
    salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion together until both are tender.
    Mash with the margarine until very smooth.
    Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese.
    Simmer for ten minutes, then serve.
